When I first visited LUNA Art for a consultation, I had only limited information and felt overwhelmed and uncertain. But the warmth and clarity I received from the very beginning completely eased my worries. Thanks to the thoughtful and detailed guidance, the once-complicated admissions process finally became clear to me.

LUNA Art is not just a place to complete artworks  it’s a place where you discover your own voice through your art. They listened to my story all the way through and helped me draw out each idea, ensuring nothing meaningful was lost.

Rather than pushing a fixed direction, they centered the process around my personal taste and individuality. That’s what allowed my portfolio to gradually fill with work that truly reflected who I am ~ and I genuinely enjoyed every step of that journey.

Above all, my mentors always put themselves in my shoes. They paid attention to every small detail and supported me in expressing my voice, not only in my artwork but also in my essays and artist statements. For that, I’m deeply grateful.

While preparing alone in a small city with limited access to admissions information, I felt lost and uncertain. But through a one-on-one consultation with LUNA Art, I finally felt that I could see a clear path forward. Even though it was just a single session, the curriculum and direction were explained so thoroughly and kindly that I immediately felt a strong sense of trust.

LUNA Art keeps its class size small, which allows them to focus deeply on each individual student. I created a total of 12 portfolio pieces, and for every step ideation, sketching, shooting, retouching, and final printing the instructors were directly involved. Thanks to that close support, I was able to create highly polished work without missing a single detail.

What I appreciated most about LUNA Art was its commitment to helping students build portfolios that aren’t formulaic. Rather than following trends or standard formats, they guided me to develop work that was centered on my personality and story. As a result, I was able to create a portfolio that I was truly proud of.

From writing and revising essays to editing colors after photo shoots, my opinions were fully respected throughout the process. It wasn’t just instruction it was a collaborative journey. Thanks to their sincerity and dedication, I not only succeeded in admissions, but also grew in confidence as an artist.

I’ve always enjoyed drawing, especially illustrations that express emotions or tell a story. At first, I was receiving academic consulting while doing art on my own, but after discovering LUNA Art, I was able to focus much more deeply on my creative work thanks to the dedicated and attentive instructors.

They helped me reflect on what I truly enjoy and what I’m good at, drawing out ideas I hadn’t fully explored before. I received a lot of support in developing emotional, story-driven pieces especially in the style of my favorite artist, Kim Yoon-hee.

In the end, my portfolio became much stronger and more complete, and I was able to achieve great results. I’m truly grateful!
